Bradley Pratt

Founding Partner / Trial Lawyer

Bradley Pratt draws his greatest professional satisfaction from solving complicated legal challenges. As a legal strategist, he positions his cases to maximize every legal advantage in order to force a favorable settlement or go to trial with the upper hand.

Bradley has taken cases to trial in courtrooms throughout the Southeast, from Texas to Georgia and from Tennessee to Florida – and coast to coast, from California to Pennsylvania. He’s argued appeals before the Georgia Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and he’s tried complex and highly sophisticated cases to verdict, from a bellwether mass tort case in a specialized jurisdiction to a large-scale federal class action.

After earning his law degree from The College of William & Mary, Bradley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhesa Hawkins Barksdale on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. After that, Bradley joined King & Spalding, an AmLaw 50 firm with a 130-year tradition, and with clients that represent over half of the Fortune Global 100. After only six years, Bradley was proud to be elected partner, and throughout his tenure he was entrusted with some of the firm’s most challenging matters, including all-or-nothing lawsuits that posed shut-down threats to major corporations.

For example, Bradley represented one of the world’s largest shipping and logistics companies, and the insights he gained makes him uniquely qualified to fight against freight carriers on behalf of clients who have been injured. He also represented some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in mass tort, class action, and whistleblower litigation throughout the country.

Bradley grew up in Mississippi where he learned to hunt from his grandfather and learned to fish from his father. Now he lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lelia, and he’s passing down his love for the outdoors to his three children, Cole, Abby, and Betty.
